Foreigners who

  • acquire a property /properties worth a minimum of 400,000 USD
  • with a title deed restriction on resale for at least three years

will be eligible for Turkish citizenship directly, subject to the decision of the President of Turkey.

the limit was 1,000,000 USD Before September 18, 2018. Between September 19, 2018 and June 13 2022, the limit was applied as 250,000 USD for this program. It is increased to 400,000 USD on June 13, 2018.
